My expertise lies in designing and executing transformational initiatives that drive sustainable growth and business value. I've successfully guided two major companies, Bridgestone Americas and Quest Diagnostics, through comprehensive digital transformations, standardizing processes and modernizing applications while ensuring alignment with core business objectives.
My technical leadership spans multiple domains, including Cloud modernization, API governance, cybersecurity enhancement, and data commoditization. I've navigated over 24 mergers and acquisitions, building core teams from the ground up and developing comprehensive playbooks for success.
